I'd start by Googling xcm magic.

There are few good sites for extreme card manipulation.

Maybe someone will recommend a video/dvd for you.

Yeah, those are some good dvds. This is going to be my first official post. Small world, lol. I just joined today. Anyway, I have only been doing XCM for about.. 8 months give or take a week or two, so I'm pretty fresh. I like the XB dvds, and the trilogy. I also like the few little flourishes on Dan and Dave's new release, andthensome. I really like learning Daniel Madison stuff, too. I think he's awesome. I can recommend some specific ebooks and dvds for you, if you'd like.

I'm no expert, still very much a beginner, but I like to challenge myself.

Besides DVDs I recommend to you -
1.Go on youtube - write "flourish tutorial" in the find section. You will find a lot of good (some bad, but anyway) free tutorials.
2. Also thing that I did - find a channel of good flourisher (me )) - or check out this guys - Ambrose, Kevin Ho, Andrei Jikh, Jonas Haglund, BabyCatXD, Garry A) - watch videos - try to learn - than look on whom he is subscribed - watch them, etc.

whell do respect the people who create these flourishes for a living you should buy their work, not just get tutorials for free from some you tube geek who realy have to right to reveal this stuff, althou flourishes arent that complicated there realy is not secret to them so that makes it better
